Teenagers get to have their own ABC Plus Card and can withdraw money from our wide network of ATM machines, whilst the young ones have passbooks and require their parents’ or guardians’ authorization to withdraw money. Complete and sign the form after reading the terms and conditions.

Attach your birth certificate to the completed form and return to your preferred branch.

Important notes to remember
Interest is calculated on minimum balance during the month and is credited in June and December, each year.

Examine your passbook to ensure all entries are correct.

Rules regarding interest rates or governing the account may change.

Loss or theft of passbook must be immediately reported to the Bank.

Any change of address must be immediately notified to the Bank.
