In conjunction with project financing, OIB offers a bill discounting facility, which allows you to receive an advance against a percentage of certified approved invoices from pre-approved project owners. This facility helps greatly towards negating cash flow mismatches and is common with regard to government contracts and large highly creditworthy corporate project owners. Rates and terms are flexible and the percentage of advance available goes all the way up to 90% of the face value of the invoice.
